Each piece is unique, carefully crafted by skilled artisans, and may have minor variations in color, design, or texture these are not defects but part of the charm of handcrafted products.

We want our customers to shop with confidence; however, due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following refund and return guidelines.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We will accept a refund or return request only if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.
  • The product is not excluded under our Non-Returnable Items section below.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use by the customer.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging.
  • Products returned due to personal preferences, change of mind, or dislikes.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design from product images — these occur naturally in handmade products and are not considered defects.
  1. Refund Process

If your return request meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Contact us at support@khaasa.com with your order number and images of the product.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide approval along with return shipping instructions.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  4. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days to your original payment method.
  1. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • In case of an approved refund, the original shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  1. Final Decision

All refund and return decisions are subject to Khaasa.com’s discretion after inspection of the returned item. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the product does not meet our return criteria.
